Stablemate (Hazy India Pale Ale)
6% ABV
A Hazy India Pale Ale brewed with Two Row malt, White Wheat malt, Flaked Oats and Flaked Wheat, and Citra and Mosaic hops. It is then dry hopped with Citra, Azacca and Sabro hops.
Aromas and notes of tropical and stone fruits, bright citrus, and a hint of light coconut, all balanced by a smooth, creamy body.
Open Field (American IPA)
6.5% ABV
An American India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsen, Vienna and Biscuit malt, and Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade and Citra hops.
Aromas and notes of floral pine, a burst of citrus and a touch of resin.
Terrazzo (Italian-style Pilsner)
5.0% ABV
An Italian-style Pilsner brewed with aromatic pilsner malt from Eraclea, Italy, and hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. It’s then delicately dry-hopped with Loral.
Aromas and notes of fresh lemon zest, wildflowers, and gentle herbal spice lead into a crisp, clean finish with a subtle hint of honeyed malt sweetness.
Low Branch (American Light Lager)
4.0% ABV
Low Branch is our crisp, easy-drinking American Light Lager — brewed with Pilsner malt, a touch of rice and corn, and gently hopped with Liberty and Hallertau Mittelfrüh.
Light, refreshing, and quietly satisfying, it’s made to pair with whatever you’re doing — whenever you’re doing it. No noise. No rush. Just a well-made beer, ready to be your single-serving life companion.
Cottage (English Dark Mild)
4% ABV
An English Dark Mild brewed with Maris Otter, Crystal and Pale Chocolate Malt hopped with East Kent Golding hops. Aromas and notes of dates, figs, caramel and light roast coffee.

Wild Bloom (Hard Seltzer)
5% ABV
Wild Bloom Seltzer is an easy-drinking, gluten-free refreshment available in fruit-forward flavors. Perfect for a light, crisp experience with every sip! Check out our online menu for currently available flavors.

Bradley Brew Project (BBP) remains an important part of the Tall Oaks family — a reflection of the same people, passion, and commitment to thoughtfully brewed beer. While Tall Oaks is our home, these BBP selections continue to have a place here because they represent a meaningful part of our story and offer styles our guests have come to know and love.
Unicorn Girls (Hazy Pale Ale)
5.4% ABV
A hazy and juicy American Pale Ale brewed with a soft blend of American Pale Malt, white and flaked wheat, and golden naked oats. This smooth base lets the fruit-forward character of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Huell Melon hops shine.
Aromas of melon and strawberry greet you, followed by a burst of tropical fruit flavors and a subtle citrus finish. An homage to the playful spirit of our brewery, Unicorn Girls is a celebration of family, community, and fun.
Jersey (Lager)
5.0% ABV
This easy drinking lager is brewed with simplicity in mind – just the way we like it in Jersey. Crisp and clean with subtle notes of light citrus, it pairs perfectly with wherever life takes you in our beautiful Garden State.
Bradley IPA (India Pale Ale)
6.5% ABV
American IPA that blends the various IPA brewing styles perfected in the US.
Aromas and notes of floral pine, a burst of citrus and a touch of resin with a crushable mouthfeel.
Vic's Tap Room Pils (Pilsner)
5.0% ABV
A slice of pie. A cold Pilsner in your hand. Can it get better? Celebrating Vic’s Tap Room, this collaboration with our local community friends at Vic’s is brewed with classic hops and malt for a crisp, clean and deeply aromatic experience.
