Pavilion Package

Overview

Three hours, capacity of 120 guests, standard business hours.

Cost

Weekdays: $900, Weekends: $1,500 (does not include beer)

Nestled strategically on the farm, the covered Pavilion provides scenic views of the encompassing farmland and woods, with ample space for private events of up to 120 guests.

The flexible layout includes an open floor plan that can be adapted to different set ups; everything from a family reunion, company gathering, birthday or anniversary party, to a wedding ceremony or reception.

Cozy picnic tables and rustic wooden barrels are set up throughout the pavilion, creating a charming ambiance that complements the natural surroundings of the farm.

Tasting Room

Overview

Three hours, capacity of 75 guests, non-business hours only.

Cost

Weekdays: $600, Weekends: $900 (does not include beer)

Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery’s Tasting Room offers a curated blend of contemporary design, charm and immersive beer experiences.

The functional and unique setting of this room can accommodate various types of parties and events, such as engagement celebrations, family reunions, fundraisers, holiday parties, corporate events, or birthday parties. It’s a space where guests can appreciate the craftsmanship of the brewery, while enjoying the scenic beauty of the surrounding farm.

Full rental of the Tasting Room does not include use of Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery’s outside grounds. Inquire within for use of both spaces for your event.

Fire Pit Reservations

Overview

Seating available for up to six (6) individuals, for 2 hours at a time. *limit of 1 fire pit per reservation; only 1 reservation permitted per day

Cost

$20 per hour

Fire pit reservations can be booked in advance, allowing guests to secure a preferred spot. The Lawn, located on the porch-side of the brewery, is adorned with wood stump propane fire pits and hanging lights, and invites an unhurried retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

From the comfort of adirondack chairs, guests can share their stories, laughter and joy of craft beer, all while appreciating the simple joy of a crackling fire in the heart of the farm’s natural embrace. Each fire pit is meticulously maintained, and the arrangement ensures a comfortable distance between each seating area, fostering a sense of safety and seclusion.

Pavilion Picnic Table Reservations

Overview

Up to two(2) picnic tables for an unlimited amount of time. Each table seats eight (8) individuals and you’ll also have exclusive use of the rustic wooden barrels located alongside the tables *limit of 2 tables per reservation; during business-hours only; time may be restricted if a private event is taking place same day as your reservation.

Cost

$100 for 1 table or $150 for 2 tables.

Perfect for a small gathering. Surrounded by the beauty of the farm, guests can have a seat at the white picnic tables lined up underneath the outdoor Pavilion, that evoke a sense of simplicity and warmth.

Wooden barrels scattered across the Pavilion provide a charming, rustic element and can be used for party decorations, beverages, or serving small plates.

Important Note - Please Read

Due to regulations set forth by the New Jersey Alcohol Beverage Commission, Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery cannot provide food, serving utensils, cups, plates, linens or other similar event-type items; however, you can arrange for your own outside catering services.

You will also be responsible for securing items such as tents, additional tables and seating arrangements, or decorations for private events. We’re happy to share a list of local vendors based on your request. Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery is not responsible for any damages resulting from our guests’ use of outside vendors.

Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery staff will work with you on beer accommodations for your private event. This can include an option where you preset a number of tickets to be distributed to your guests, an open/running tab (where we would add 20% gratuity to the bar total at the conclusion of your event), or guests can pay their own.

Yes. Please contact our Event Coordinator, Lora Brower, at events@talloaksbrew.com to schedule a visit. Appointments can be made on weekdays or weekends.

We’re happy to accommodate various types of celebratory events such as birthdays, showers, fundraisers, anniversaries, corporate outings, engagement parties, club meet ups, networking socials, and more.

Yes. However, indoor private events must take place during non-business hours; particularly: Tuesdays, Sunday evenings with a start time of 7PM, or pre-open/morning hours (for example, a start time of 9 or 10AM).

We provide non-alcoholic beverages for sale at the brewery. However, if you would like to bring your own sodas or juice boxes, you must get it approved by our events coordinator. You must bring your own ice. Coolers are not allowed. Wine and champagne is occasionally allowed for exclusive private event bookings only. You must get this approved by the events coordinator. If you bring wine without getting it approved prior to your event we will not allow you to serve it. (Please note there is a $20 (per) bottle opening fee and all wine or champagne must be served by Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery staff). You must supply your own plastic glasses for wine/champagne. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited at all times.

All guests are allowed to bring in their own food (pizza, sandwiches, platters, desserts, etc.) or book catering services; however cooking on premise is strictly prohibited. Sternos are allowed and outlets in the Pavilion are available for things such as coffee or crock pots. Outside food vendors (such as mobile coffee carts) must provide an insurance certificate.

Yes. Vendors must be approved by Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery and need to provide a copy of their COI (with Tall Oaks listed as an additional insurer).

Outside musicians can only be booked for private events taking place during non-business hours.

All decorations must be approved by Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery and cannot be hung with glue, staples or nails. All balloons must be air-filled (helium is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors).

You are responsible for removing all decorations and cleaning up (garbage, catering supplies, folding tables, gifts, etc.) within thirty minutes after the party’s end time.

Events in our outdoor Pavilion can take place during non-business hours (highly recommended) or regular business hours. You will be given 3 hours for your party.

The Pavilion will become open to the public at your end time, but you’ll have 30 additional minutes for cleanup.

Due to limited storage space, guests will not be able to drop off party decorations or supplies prior to the event day. You can arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of your event to set up.

General FAQs

Yes. The Tasting Room and outdoor space(s) are ADA accessible and on ground level, as are both of our indoor ADA-compliant restrooms.

Yes. Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery welcomes children of all ages. We ask that you be mindful of the environment and please supervise children at all times to ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs are allowed and more than welcome here at Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery. Dogs must remain leashed and outside at all times. (It is OK to walk them through our Tasting Room upon arrival). Please be sure to clean up after your dog (waste bag dispensers can be found throughout the fields) and dispose of the bag.

Yes, guests are able to reserve up to 2 tables in the outdoor Pavilion. You may reserve 1 table for $100 or 2 tables for $150. Table reservations are for no more than 16 guests. Please note all guests within your group must remain within the reserved space/at the designated tables. If you’re planning to bring table decorations, the decor must be discussed and approved by Tall Oaks staff prior to your reservation.

Yes, our fire pits can be reserved for $20 per hour. Please do not light a fire in our fire pits. Our staff will light them for you.

Our outdoor Pavilion holds up to 120 guests and features 10 white picnic tables that seat 8-10 guests. The Tasting Room holds up to 75 guests and features 10 high-top tables that seat anywhere from 2-6 guests per table.

Please note the capacity includes standing room and does not mean seating is available for that amount.

Smoking of any kind (including cigars, vaping and e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the entire property.

Yes. Guests are welcome to bring folding chairs or picnic blankets that can easily be set up on the Open Field or surrounding lawn areas.

Please remember we are a brewery and while we allow children’s parties, there are certain limitations for these types of celebrations (i.e. bounce houses are not permitted). We ask that you are mindful and respectful of the environment.

The brewery may open late or close early at times for private events. Please be sure to follow us on social media for specific announcements regarding delayed openings or early closures.
