The brewing program at Tall Oaks Farm + Brewery is rooted in simplicity, crafting styles primarily focused on the use of only the four main ingredients found in beer: malt, hops, yeast and water. We pride ourselves in removing the paradox of choice, allowing you to try a sample or two with the intent to find one style that fits your current mood, experience and company.

Petal (Rustic Ale)

4.2% ABV

A Rustic Ale brewed with Pilsen malt, both malted and unmalted wheat, and a complex yeast strain. Aromas and notes of light crackers and subtle lemon.

Open Field (American IPA)

6.5% ABV

An American India Pale Ale brewed with Pilsen, Vienna and Biscuit malt, and Simcoe, Amarillo, Cascade and Citra hops. Aromas and notes of floral pine, a burst of citrus and a touch of resin.

Berm (House Pilsner)

5% ABV

A crisp and bright Pilsner brewed with Pilsen and Munich malt, and Saaz, Tradition, and Magnum hops. Aromas and notes of fresh baked bread and clean, floral bitterness.

Cultivator (Doppelbock Lager)

7.5% ABV

A Doppelbock Lager brewed with Pilsen, CaraMunich and Brown malt, and Magnum and Tradition hops. Aromas and notes of rich malt, warm toasted bread and hints of dark fruit.
TO-Meadow-Square

Meadow (German-style Kolsch)

4.5% ABV

A German-style Kolsch brewed with Pilsen and Vienna malt, and Magnum and Tettnang hops. Aromas and notes of pears and white grape skins coupled with a soft mouthfeel.

TO-cottage-Square

Cottage (English Mild)

3.8% ABV
An English Mild brewed with Pale, Crystal and Black malt, and Willamette hops. Aromas and notes of dates, caramel and light roast coffee.

Fruit Stand (Pomegranate Wheat Ale w/ Fruit)

5.5% ABV

A fruited Wheat Ale brewed with Pilsen malt, wheat, and seasonal fruit – this batch incorporates pomegranate. Aromas and notes of baked goods balanced by ripe, subtly sour pomegranate.

Fruit Stand (Mango Wheat Ale w/ Fruit)

5.5% ABV

A fruited Wheat Ale brewed with Pilsen malt, wheat, and seasonal fruit – this batch incorporates mango. Aromas and notes of soft wheat balanced perfectly with a subtle touch of mango.

Redwood Grove (West Coast Pale Ale)

5.8% ABV

A West Coast Pale Ale brewed with Pale, Vienna and Crystal malt, and Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Palisade hops. Aromas and notes of sweet malt, pine, and dank citrus. 

Potrero Hill (California Common)

4.9% ABV

A California Common brewed with Pale, Caramunich and Biscuit Malt, and hopped with Northern Brewer hops. Aromas and notes of toffee, subtle fruitiness and Old World hops.
