Frequently Asked Questions - Parking

Our rustic microbrewery offers various parking options for our visitors. We have two parking lots on-site: the gravel south lot, which can accommodate up to 40-45 cars, and the north paved lot utilized in overflow situations, with space for 30-35 cars.

We strongly encourage groups to travel and arrive at TOF+B in a single car. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee parking for any split groups.

At TOF+B, parking operates differently based on the day and event schedule to ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Parking is self serve. Private party guests will be directed to our overflow lot, located at the second parking entrance (just past our main lot). Private party guests may refer to “Event Parking” signage to avoid confusion as to where to park upon arrival.

If you’re hosting a private event at TOF+B, we will reserve a certain number of spots for your event. We encourage individuals who are planning to arrive as a large group (but not book a private event) to inform our TOF+B events coordinator, to ensure a smooth and tailored experience. If more cars arrive than previously discussed with our events coordinator for your private party, we cannot guarantee parking for them.

Parking capacity ebbs and flows throughout the day and is difficult to predict. We typically cycle through available parking every 15-30 minutes so if we cannot accommodate you, we encourage you to return later in the day.

Parking is strictly prohibited in the following locations:

  • Both sides of Colts Neck Road
  • Colts Farm (private neighborhood across from TOF+B)
  • Dollar General Parking Lot on Rt. 33

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on your entire tab with proof of use of a ride sharing app to arrive at TOF+B. Please ask some of our staff members for more information.

TOF+B exceeds parking capacity needs based on construction code and township regulations. However, we have experienced a larger than expected demand and require more space for the convenience of our guests. We are in active discussions with Howell Township development and construction officials to expand our current parking capacity by 40-50 parking spots.

Construction and building design is very complex. A major part of site development is Stormwater Management – TOF+B has developed, received approval for and filed a 35+ page Stormwater Management manual with Howell Township. A large portion of our plan includes the use of a strongly pervious, large parking lot which will remove stormwater from the property through the ground instead of running it off to adjacent properties. This is what the gravel lot does.

When TOF+B first opened, the design of the gravel parking lot was subpar and created issues for our guests. In February, working with our professionals, we developed and installed a new type of gravel (blue stone driveway gravel) that is just as pervious as the previous stone used. Since that upgrade, we have experienced smooth parking lot operations with no reported issues.
