Frequently Asked Questions - Parking

No, we no longer offer valet service. When we first opened, valet was an important part of helping guests park comfortably, and we truly appreciated our service provider’s support. Over the past year, however, we’ve made upgrades to our customer parking experience, which have eliminated the need for valet. Today, all parking is self-serve.

Our rustic microbrewery offers multiple parking options, with space for more than 100 standard-sized vehicles.

To make parking easier for everyone, we strongly encourage groups to carpool or arrive together in a single vehicle. Guests using ride share services like Uber or Lyft are also welcome—and if you do, let us know to enjoy 10% off your tab!

Please note: because of the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee parking availability for groups arriving in separate cars.

At TOF+B, parking may vary depending on the day and our event schedule to help ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

  • General Parking: Our lots are self-serve.

  • Private Parties: Guests attending private events will be directed to the overflow lot, located at the second entrance just past the main lot. Look for “Event Parking” signs to guide you.

  • Busy Days & Events: On high-traffic days, we may also open the grass lot next to our gravel customer parking area.

We kindly ask that all guests park safely and efficiently so everyone can enjoy their visit.

If you’re hosting a private event at TOF+B, we will reserve a certain number of spots for your event. We encourage individuals who are planning to arrive as a large group (but not book a private event) to inform our TOF+B events coordinator, to ensure a smooth and tailored experience. If more cars arrive than previously discussed with our events coordinator for your private party, we cannot guarantee parking for them.

Parking capacity ebbs and flows throughout the day and is difficult to predict. We typically cycle through available parking every 15 – 30 minutes so if we cannot accommodate you, we encourage you to return later in the day.

For safety and space reasons, vehicles larger than a standard car, SUV, or pickup truck are not permitted on the premises. This includes RVs, buses, vehicles with trailers, and similar oversized vehicles.

Our parking lot is designed to maximize space for standard vehicles and ensure safe entry, exit, and movement throughout the property. Oversized vehicles can create safety hazards, block traffic flow, and reduce available parking for other guests.

Parking is strictly prohibited in the following locations:

  • Both sides of Colts Neck Road
  • Colts Farm (private neighborhood across from TOF+B)
  • Dollar General Parking Lot on Rt. 33

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on your entire tab with proof of use of a ride sharing app to arrive at TOF+B. Please ask some of our staff members for more information.

Construction and site design are complex, and a key part of that process is stormwater management. TOF+B developed, received approval for, and filed a 35+ page Stormwater Management Plan with Howell Township. A major component of this plan is our large, highly pervious gravel parking lot, designed to absorb stormwater into the ground rather than allowing it to run off to neighboring properties.

When TOF+B first opened, the original gravel lot design wasn’t ideal and caused some challenges for our guests. In February, we worked with our professionals to upgrade the lot with blue stone driveway gravel—just as pervious as before but far more reliable. Since then, parking lot operations have been smooth, with no reported issues.

That said, we kindly ask guests to drive carefully on the gravel—keep speeds around 5 MPH and avoid sharp turns to help maintain the lot for everyone’s safety and comfort.

When parking at TOF+B, please take care to park both safely and efficiently. By making the most of the available space, you help ensure that all guests have a spot and that vehicles can move around the lot without issue. Thoughtful parking keeps everyone safe and helps create a smooth, enjoyable experience for all visitors.
